Frequently asked questions
Do you take reservations?
We don't. Take any open seat. Between 8:00 and 10:00 the room turns over fast, and the two window tables usually free up first.
Do you serve decaf?
Yes: a sugarcane-process decaf from Colombia, roasted on Mondays with everything else. It has its own grinder at the end of the bar, so there is no wait.
Are you dog-friendly?
Dogs are welcome at the sidewalk tables, and the water bowl lives under the bench by the door. Inside is for humans only, apart from service animals.
Do you sell whole beans?
We do. Twelve-ounce bags of the Awning blend and the month's single origin sit on the shelf behind the counter, each stamped with its Monday roast date.
Can I host a small event here?
For ten or more, send us a message and we can hold the long table outside 8:00–10:00. On the first Saturday of each month it hosts our free 9:00 cupping.
